Seabourn
Seabourn pioneered small-ship, ultra luxury cruising, and continues to represent the pinnacle of that unique style of travel. Its fleet of three intimate, all-suite ships, carrying between 458 guests each, sails to the world’s most desirable destinations at their peak seasons, and the new Seabourn Encore, carrying 600 guests debuted in December 2016. Onboard, guests are served by an award-winning crew numbering nearly as many as the guests, hand-picked and extensively trained to deliver Seabourn’s signature style of thoughtful, personalised and heartfelt hospitality. Seabourn’s ships attract accomplished people who enjoy travelling well, and sharing fun and adventures with other interesting people. A great many of them have found the Seabourn cruise experience to be their preferred method of travel, and return regularly to sail with us again and again.
Seabourn UNESCO Partnership
Though Seabourn is not the first cruise line to offer cruises to UNESCO World Heritage site, it is the first one to enter an official partnership with the organisation. Seabourn has partnered with UNESCO to promote sustainable tourism at World Heritage properties. Through this support to UNESCO the cruise line helps engender a wider understanding and commitment for the UNESCO World Heritage Convention’s mission to identify, safeguard, and promote unique cultural and natural heritage around the world deemed to possess outstanding universal value for all humankind. For guests, this partnership with UNESCO means their travels with Seabourn will be enhanced by deeper insight and information about these intriguing destinations while supporting their conservation through sustainable tourism.
