Horizon Cruise Terminal
Horizon Cruise Terminal, Berth 102, Herbert Walker Avenue, Western Docks, Southampton, SO15 1HJ
Berth 102 is the newest cruise terminal in Southampton, and built as a joint venture between MSC Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. Which means that it also accommodates luxury cruise lines Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises.
Access to the terminal is via Dock Gate 10.
Both Southampton Railway Station & coach station are just over a mile from the terminal building. Whilst it is easily walkable, it’s very busy around the docks, so we would recommend catching a taxi. There is a dedicated taxi rank outside the Arrivals Hall.
Southampton Airport is 5 miles away. You can get into Southampton from the airport either by taxi, or on the train.
Driving there yourself? You’ll arrive in Southampton via the M3 and M27, and there are clear signposts to the Docks.
A short stay car park is available adjacent to the City cruise terminal, which is pay and display. For long stay parking you’ll need to book through ABParking – and the car park for this is adjacent to the terminal building.
Security checks are done on the ground floor, before taking the escalator or lift up to the first floor and the check-in area. Complimentary refreshments are normally provided by the cruise line in this area. There is plenty of seating in the check-in area. There are no vending machines.
Toilets are available on both ground and first floor.
