Free Category Upgrade
1. Free Category Upgrade applies to new bookings in all stateroom categories (guarantee staterooms and all suites excluded) made from 7th September 2023 to 5th December 2023 (“Offer Period”), on selected voyages departing 3rd January 2024 to 9th November 2024 (“Eligible Bookings”).Eligible Bookings will receive a “Single Category Stateroom Upgrade”.
3. Eligible Bookings allow guests to book either a Club Balcony Plus stateroom at Club Balcony prices, Club Balcony stateroom at Club Oceanview stateroom prices, or a Club Oceanview stateroom at Club Interior stateroom prices. Prices for Eligible Bookings are subject to change during the Promotion Period based on supply and demand.
4. On some sailings, not all categories of stateroom will be available under this offer. Please check individual sailings details for full information.
5. Bookings must be made in the desired category, which will be priced at the lower fare after the valid promotion is selected.
Up To 15% Off Suites
1. Up To 15% Off Suites applies to new bookings in all suite categories (W guarantee suites excluded)
made from 7th September 2023 to 5th December 2023 (“Offer Period”), on selected voyages departing 3rd January 2024 to 9th November 2024 (“Eligible Bookings”).
2. Up To 15% Off Suites applies to new, individual, and non-contracted group bookings created between 7th September 2023 and 5th December 2023 (“Offer Period”), on selected voyages departing 3rd January 2024 to 9th November 2024. Eligible Bookings will receive a saving of up to
15% off the prevailing cruise fare for the first and second guest sharing an eligible stateroom at the time of booking.
Free Category Upgrade + Up To 15% Off Suites
1. The cruise fare for each guest also includes standard meals on-board (excluding speciality dining), most entertainment on-board and selected drinks. The promotion excludes personal expenses (e.g. laundry and spa), shore excursions, travel insurance, travel arrangements to and from the port and gratuities. Other add-ons and amenities including, but not limited to, air fares, hotels and transfers are not included, and will not be reduced as part of the Free Category Upgrade & Up To 15% Off Suites.
2. Prices for Eligible Bookings are subject to change during the Promotion Period based on supply and demand. Please check website before booking. All guests must be named, and a full deposit must be made prior to the end of the Offer Period.
3. Pricing after application of discounts represents genuine savings over pre-promotion cruise fares on equivalent sailings at the time of booking.
4. Free Category Upgrade & Up To 15% Off Suites does not apply to Travel Agent rates, Interline Rates, Nett Tour Op Rates, Gross Tour Op Rates, Closed User, or any form on non-Revenue price programs, including but not restricted to: Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory, Complimentary prize winner staterooms, incentive or contracted groups, or 3rd guests and upwards in the stateroom, who must pay full fare at the time of booking.
5. Free Category Upgrade & Up To 15% Off Suites is combinable with exclusive Travel Partner promotions, Back to Back Benefits, onboard booking savings, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings and Net rates. Unless stated otherwise, offer is not combinable with, Azamara Circle Complimentary Nights, Last Minute Voyages, Closed User Rates, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, and Travel Agent Rates.
6. Free Category Upgrade & Up To 15% Off Suites is not applicable to 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom or applicable to incentive or contracted groups. After the Offer Period, the offer will be removed from the booking if the guest cancels and reinstates the booking, applies a fare change, or changes the ship or sail date of the booking; certain other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the offer.
7. Offer is subject to availability and change without notice and may be withdrawn at any time. Single occupancy guests paying 200% cruise fare are eligible for the full amount of the offer; single occupancy guests paying less than 200% cruise fare are eligible for a prorated amount of the offer.
8. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits will have to cancel existing booking & make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.
9. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
