INTRODUCTION
Explora S.A., a Swiss company with registered offices at Avenue Eugène-Pittard, 16, 1206 Geneva (Switzerland), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Geneva under the official registration number CHE 315.766.578, (hereinafter referred to as the “Explora Journeys”) is glad to launch a special promotion dedicated to guests making new bookings on select journeys departing between 20 November 2024 and 9 April 2026 included*.
ELIGIBLE GUESTS
Any guests who make a new booking with Explora Journeys before 17th December** on select journeys departing between 20 November 2024 and 9 April 2026 included*.
BENEFITS OF THE PROMOTION
Guests shall receive up to 50% savings on their journey fare with Explora Journeys when booking any Suite category.
Guests also receive a 5% Reduced Deposit benefit.
This promotion applies to any new bookings made with Explora Journeys before 17th December 2024** on select journeys departing between 20 November 2024 and 9 April 2026 included.

Explora Journeys – Public Data
American Express / TLN offers, Event Offer and Onboard Booking benefits. It is not combinable with any FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE MONACO fares, any other offer or reduced fare programmes. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
Explora Journeys reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Promotion.

FLEXIBLE JOURNEYS POLICY
— Our journeys can be amended or moved at no additional charge:
— Ocean Suites: up to 120 days before departure
— Ocean Penthouses: up to 120 days before departure
— Ocean Residences: up to 200 days before departure
— Amends allowed: Name change (1 name must remain the same from the original booking)
— All amend and move requests should be submitted to the Explora Experience Centre via email or phone
— The date of departure of the New Journey is 180 days earlier or 180 days later than that of the Original Journey departure date
— The New Journey should have the same journey length or a longer journey length than the Original Journey
— If the price of the New Journey is higher than that of the Original Journey, the journey fare difference should be covered by the guest. Our payment policy applies
— The New Journey should be booked in the same suite category or in a higher suite category than the Original Journey
— If the price of the New Journey is lower than that of the Original Journey, the journey fare difference will be granted to the guest in the form of a future journey credit, which will be valid for 2 years from issuing date.
JOURNEYS FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS
— A single supplement is applied to the journey fare only (excluding the taxes and port charges on the second berth).
ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND YOUNGER TRAVELLERS
Ocean Suites:
— Maximum occupancy options: triple
— 2 adults plus 1 child
— Convertible sofa beds are limited to use by 1 child only
— Ocean Suites featuring a convertible sofa bed are subject to availability
Ocean Penthouses and Ocean Residences:
— Maximum occupancy options: quadruple
— 2 adults plus 2 children
— 3 adults (without children)
— Convertible sofa beds are limited to use by either 2 children or 1 adult (use by 1 child plus 1 adult is not available)
— Ocean Penthouses and Ocean Residences featuring a convertible sofa bed are subject to availability
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following administrative and cancellation fees are applied to reservations in case of cancellations:
Ocean Suites and Ocean Penthouses:
If a Journey is cancelled:
— Up to 151 days before departure an administration fee per person applies: GBP 150*
— From 150 to 121 days before departure:
15% of total Journey fare
— From 120 to 91 days before departure:
25% of total Journey fare
— From 90 to 61 days before departure:
50% of total Journey fare
— From 60 to 31 days before departure:
75% of total Journey fare
— Less than 31 days before departure:
100% of total Journey fare.
Cancellation terms and conditions may vary by market.
Ocean Residences:
If a Journey is cancelled:
— Up to 201 days before departure an administration fee per person applies: GBP 300
— From 200 to 151 days before departure: 25% of total Journey fare
— From 150 to 121 days before departure: 45% of total Journey fare
— From 120 to 91 days before departure: 65% of total Journey fare
— From 90 to 61 days before departure: 85% of total Journey fare
— Less than 61 days before the departure: 100% of total Journey fare.

PAYMENT POLICY
Ocean Suites and Ocean Penthouses:
— 25% deposit upon booking
— Deposit to be paid
— within 3 days up to 121 days before departure
— within 1 day from 120 to 91 days before departure
— Final payment due no later than 90 days before departure
Ocean Residences:
— 25% deposit upon booking
— Deposit to be paid
— within 3 days up to 181 days before departure
— within 1 day from 180 to 151 days before departure
— Final payment due no later than 150 days before departure
Exquisite Dining at Sea
- This offer applies to any new reservations made with Explora Journeys between 1 October and 18 November 2024 on journeys departing from 14 October 2024 onwards.
- Applicable for all suite categories.
- This offer applies to the journey fare only. This offer is not applicable to any pre- / post-journey hotels and transfers, Destination Experiences or onboard paid experiences.
- This offer is combinable with the Tempting Deposit Reduction (10% Reduced Deposit), Journey Together, Journey Together Gathering, Extended Journeys, Back-to-Back, Journeys for Solo Travellers, Additional Guests and Younger Travellers (3rd and 4th guest fares), Consortia Amenities and Offers, and onboard Future Journeys savings. It is not combinable with any other offer or reduced fare programmes. The offer may be withdrawn at any time.
- The offer includes one dinner at Anthology restaurant per guest, per reservation, regardless if guests are sailing on Extended Journeys or with back-to-back reservations. Guests shall receive a complimentary dinner in the Anthology restaurant for all guests (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th) occupying the suite(s) booked. The dinner in the Anthology restaurant includes the wine pairing selection and/or non-alcoholic beverages.
For reservations taking advantage of the Explora Early Booking Benefit, full payment is due upon booking (within 7 days).
