It means that if within 48 hours of sailing, you are not enjoying your ocean cruise, they will arrange to take you home at their expense and give you a full refund.

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ (FOCL) standard Terms and Conditions, which on request, and must be read before booking.
Fares are per person, based on standard occupancy of the lead-in cabin of named category, subject to availability. ‘PP’ is per person. Information shown is correct at time of going to print (November 2021), but fares are capacity controlled and may change at any time. Call for latest prices. All offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, cannot be combined, are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively. Cruise descriptions include optional, chargeable experiences that may be enjoyed independently and/or with optional Fred. Olsen Shore Tours. Shore Tours are subject to availability and service operation. We reserve the right to amend itineraries for operational reasons. Some ports may be at anchor, intermediate days are at sea.

Oceans points will be earned however. Dining sitting will be allocated at our discretion and will be advised within the cruise ticket. **FREE door to door transfer: This door-to-door transfer offer is up to a maximum of 200 UK mainland miles, for new bookings made from 06/09/22 to 31/10/22, on cruises S2303, S230405, S2305, S2309, S2321, S2324, T2302, T2316, T2326, M2314, L2301 & L2316. Any additional mileage must be paid to the transport provider (CMAC) at the time of booking. Guests may be required to share the transport for all or part of the journey, when an appropriate vehicle will be provided. Once the complimentary transport has been confirmed by the provider, charges will apply if fail to take this arrangement without cancelling with the transport provider. The door-to-door service is one transfer (each way) per booking for all guests, from the lead guest address. Outbound and inbound mileage cannot be combined should you only require transfer one-way. No deviations en-route are permitted. This offer is not combinable with free on board spend offer or any other offer, including Saver fares, unless stated otherwise.

Enjoyment Promise: The Enjoyment Promise excludes Party Nights and cruises for 4 or less nights. The promise only applies to Bookings made for departures more than 12 weeks ahead. The Enjoyment Promise only applies to Passengers who have contracted with FOCL. Should you wish to invoke the Enjoyment Promise, you will need to inform Guest Relations within 48 hours of the Vessel’s departure from the original port of embarkation at the latest (24 hours for River Cruises). FOCL will arrange and pay for a flight and/or transport back to the UK. FOCL will refund the cruise cost only but will not refund other costs.
