The Restaurant is a beautiful fine dining venue. Its menus feature a wide variety of delectable choices prepared to your order by our talented chefs. The Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on an open-seating basis, inviting guests to dine when, where and with whom they wish.
The Colonnade
The slightly more casual alternative offers appealing indoor and outdoor tables for breakfasts and lunches featuring beautiful, bountiful buffets, plus a selection of à la carte items and daily specials from the kitchen. Evenings find these pleasantly lively spots serving regionally themed dinners with full table service.
Patio Grill
For a refreshing change of pace, dine on deck. Lunches in this casual poolside venue feature an array of salads, pastas, soups and freshly made pizzas, plus hot dogs, specialty hamburgers, chicken and seafood on the grill. Each day, a different themed menu is offered as well. When it’s just too nice to go indoors for dinner, settle in for a full menu of salads, soups, sides and grilled steaks, chops, seafood or poultry. It’s Seabourn quality food and service in a delightfully impromptu, al fresco setting.

A round-the-clock menu offers tempting selections anytime. During extended dinner service hours, you can enjoy a complete meal ordered right from that evening’s The Restaurant menu, served for you in your suite or on your veranda.
Caviar in the Surf®
Compliments of Seabourn. Explore some of the world’s most remote and beautiful beaches while the crew stands in turquoise water to serve you caviar and Champagne in the surf. Inspired by the classic American chophouse, The Grill focuses on updated versions of iconic dishes. Guests setting foot inside the elegant dining room will be treated to table-side preparations of Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes as well as a range of other steakhouse favorites like Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented a la carte. The timeless menu will draw on the freshest products from artisan purveyors. A cocktail program and wine list of domestic and old world labels complement the menu.
Seabourn Square
Our airy, welcoming space combines a gracious library and sitting room, a handsomely furnished computer center, a discreet enclave manned by efficient concierges, and a European Konditorei-style coffee bar with a gleaming espresso machine and a glass-enclosed case filled with tempting sandwiches, scrumptious pastries and colorful gelato.
Conveniently located adjacent to the Shops at Seabourn, Seabourn’s innovative “living room” even boasts its own comfortable open deck terrace located aft of the Square.
Observation Lounge
A stunning round lounge with a square bar and panoramic views. Early Risers’ Coffee and Tea is served here every morning, and piano music makes it a great choice for drinks and conversation before and after dinner.
Casino
The Seabourn casino offers a handsome, well-appointed enclave for those wishing to indulge in games of chance and skill. Relax and test the odds on various mechanical games or pit your skills against personable, professional dealers at blackjack or poker tables.
The Club
The liveliest lounge onboard is the scene of daily afternoon tea service. It is a popular spot for pre-dinner drinks and dancing to live music. After dinner, the dancing music continues, and later a DJ spins dance music until late at night. Another terrace of open deck aft of The Club boasts a plunge pool and two small whirlpool spas.
Grand Salon
The ship’s main showroom can accommodate all guests, though it seldom does because of the variety available. Lectures, cooking demonstrations, movies and other gatherings are held here in the daytime. In the evenings, live music for dancing before dinner gives way to vocal production shows, cabaret performances, comedy, and classical recitals, as well as more dancing later.
Evening Under the Stars®
Some of Seabourn’s signature events take advantage of the beautiful night sky. On deck, you may take part in an energetic, musical Evening Under the Stars® — sumptuous barbecue dinners or gala parties with live music and dancing. Disabled Facilities
9 wheelchair accessible suites are available onboard Seabourn Encore. Guests who use wheelchairs must furnish their own standard size wheelchairs. Ships’ wheelchairs are available for emergency only.
Guests are required to notify Seabourn at the time of booking if they wish to bring a recognised assistance dog onboard the ship. Assistance dogs are subject to national regulations
- To help maximise the cruise experience for our guests who are blind or have low vision, Seabourn has made the following items available:
- Downloadable daily activities, news, and menus for guests with laptops with screen reader programs.
- With 45 days notice, large print or Braille menus describing the inspired cuisine offered across a myriad of venues, from the elegant Dining Room to the casual dining options.

Special Dietary Requirements
Guests with special dietary needs are asked to notify Seabourn at the time of booking or at the latest, six weeks before sailing. We also encourage you to take advantage of My Seabourn, where you may personalise your Seabourn cruise experience, select your dining preferences, and manage your reservations and Seabourn Club information. Every effort will be made to comply with special dietary requests.
For guests with food intolerances or allergies that are not life-threatening, please contact our Reservations Department. For guests with life-threatening food allergies, we ask that guests provide detailed information to our Access & Compliance Department by completing a Special Requirements Information form (SRI). Guests should indicate on this form which foods may potentially cause a severe reaction.
Age Restrictions
Guests must be aged 21 years or over to drink alcohol and aged 18 years or over to gamble onboard the ship and Seabourn reserves the right to request proof of age; parents and guardians are obligated to ensure compliance.
Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the Package will be refused permission to board the ship and Seabourn shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequences of such refusal.
Dress Code
During the day: casual, resort-style attire, including shorts and jeans, is welcome in all lounges and dining venues. Swimsuits, brief shorts, cover-ups and exercise attire should be reserved for poolside, on deck or in the spa and sports facilities.
For Evenings – After 6:00 p.m., attire for all venues onboard will be one of the following:
- Resort Casual: Slacks and a sweater or shirt for men; sundress, skirt or slacks with a sweater or blouse for women. Jeans are not considered appropriate in The Restaurant.

- Formal Optional: While Elegantly Casual is always appropriate during the evening, a Formal Optional evening will be provided for guests who wish to dress more formally at least once each seven days. Formal Optional attire includes a tuxedo or dark suit with tie for men, cocktail dress or other formal apparel for women. On Formal Optional evenings, we request no jeans in any of the lounges or dining venues.
Attire Ashore – Packing clothing that can be layered is the best way to plan for cruising in virtually any climate. For tropical cruises, bring light, loose-fitting garments that can be paired with a lightweight jacket or sweater. For cooler climates, pack extra layers of warmer garments such as a light top coat and some sweaters. When dressing to go ashore, it is helpful to be aware of the customs of the countries you are visiting. In some ports men and women should not wear shorts. Many cultures prefer that women wear dresses or skirts when visiting shrines, churches, mosques and temples.
E-Cigarette Policy
The smoking of electronic cigarettes is permitted in guest suites. Smoking of water-pipes, glass-pipes or other smoking devices is not permitted onboard.
Drinks Packages
The sommeliers onboard Seabourn ships offer guests a Vintage Seabourn pre-purchase option, granting access to a varied selection of premium wines from the ships’ well-stocked and diversified cellars, at specially privileged prices.
Silver Connoisseur Collection
Collection will provide a menu of six premium white wines and six premium red wines, including one dessert wine selection, from which guests may select a total of three bottles to enjoy on board. Priced at $225.
Gold Connoisseur Collection
This collection offers the same menu, plus an additional four whites and four reds of higher priced vintages, from which guests may select a total of six bottles. Priced at $450.
Although the menus will routinely change, wines in a Vintage Seabourn Silver selection might include white varieties such as a Condrieu M. Chapoutier Viognier; a Laetitia Pinot Noir in the red category and, for dessert, a Chateau Suduiraut Sauternes. Gold level additions may feature wines such as a Hansel Alexander Valley Pinot Noir, and a Puligny Montrachet, Bourchard 1er Cru.
