Limited Time Savings Offer

1. Overview. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “Limited Time Savings” Offer. We’re “stacking” an additional discount on top of our “Book Early. Save More” and “Lock It In Rate” Offers to cumulatively increase the impact of these Offers according to the Table below.
2. Offer Terms. Virgin Voyages will add a variable (20% to 25%) discount, depending on how far one books in advance, to provide a cumulative discount of up to 40% off all retail (base) voyage fares when this Offer is combined with the Virgin Voyages “Book Early, Save More” Offer and “Lock It In Rates” Offers on voyages purchased between 12:00 am midnight EDT on 1 June 2022 through 11:59 pm EDT on 15 June 2022 for open cabins and suites on Eligible Voyages.
- Voyages between 0-120 days before Sail Date (rolling): 20% off voyage fare
- When combined with existing “Lock It In” rates, the discount will cumulatively total 40% off the voyage fare
- Voyages between 121-179 days before Sail Date (rolling): 25% off voyage fare
- When combined with the 5% “Book Early, Save More” offer the discount will cumulatively total 30% off the voyage fare
- Voyages between 180+ days out (rolling): 20% off voyage fare
- When combined with 10% “Book Early, Save More” offer the discount will total a 30% off the voyage fare
- When combined with 10% Pay In Full discount it will total about 37% off the voyage fare
The below table illustrates the cumulative discount based on a voyage fare of $2,000:

3. Eligibility.
3.1. Eligible Voyages: This “Limited Time Savings” Offer is available on any non-charter, open, revenue voyages.
3.2. Exclusions. Not combinable with internal reduced rate programs, Free Access Key Promotions, Interline Tours, or Casino Tiers.
3.3. The commissionable voyage fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced voyage fare, after the “Limited Time Savings” Offer discount is applied.
FREE FLIGHTS
Applicable to new fly cruise bookings on Valiant Lady Mediterranean sailings departing from May to October 2022 and booked from 26 May 2022 until stocks are exhausted, shall be eligible to receive Free Flights from the UK. Offer is subject to availability on selected itineraries, sail dates and airfare availability.
Further Free Flights terms and conditions:
- Free Flight offer applies to Valiant Lady Mediterranean May – October 2022 sailings only.
- Free Flight offer applies to new bookings only, and cannot be used retrospectively on existing bookings.
- Free Flight offers applies to selected return flights from the United Kingdom to Barcelona within Economy class only.
- Any voluntary amendment to a flight booked under the offer, made after booking will be chargeable (fare differential + change fee). Free changes will not be permitted.
- Any amendments to travel itineraries made via the airline that affect the other components on the booking may require an additional charge be paid or require an amendment of supplier(s) or itinerary. Any additional costs associated with these amendments will be notified to the Agent before the amendment is made and must be paid for by the Agent. Voyage Store will not be liable for any additional costs.
- Self-servicing of the eligible flight booking may not available.
- Any additional travel expenses (e.g. excess baggage, accommodation, transfers, fuel, meals or parking) are not included, and will be at the Sailor’s expense.
- Voyage Store shall pay all flight taxes, airport and other charges (including standard personal baggage allowances) applicable to each eligible flight booked.
- Airline booking and travel terms and conditions, and baggage allowances apply to all bookings.
- Free Flights pricing shall be correct at and during time of publication and shall be subject to availability.
- Offer publication shall be withdrawn when stocks are exhausted.
- Free Flights are only included once the booking is confirmed, quotes do not guarantee Free Flights until confirmed by Voyage Store.
- Free Flights are limited in number based on anticipated demand, and are subject to availability.
- No additional discounted airfares will be advertised or available once the applicable airfare seats are sold out.
Free On Board Credit on all Valiant and Resilient Lady Mediterranean Sailings
- $400 per cabin – On Mega Rock Star and Rock Star Suites
- $200 per cabin on Sea Terrace (Balcony) Cabins
- $100 per cabin on Sea View and Insider Cabins
Additional terms and conditions
- Only applies to select Mediterranean voyages from May 2022 through to October 2022
- Only applies to Valiant and Resilient Lady Mediterranean sailings
- This promotion can be used in conjunction with the free flights promotion
- Only applies to bookings from 1 February 2022 – 31 July 2022.
