Calgary

Day 1 – Welcome to Canada!

Welcome to Canada! Transfers have been arranged for guests arriving today who have purchased flights through Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Guests who have purchased their own flights and guests who have booked additional nights at the hotel (either independently or through Regent Seven Seas Cruises) will need to arrange their own transfer from the airport. Upon arrival at Calgary Airport, you will be met by a Regent Representative to board your transfer to Calgary for your overnight stay at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel, or similar

Moraine Lake, Banff

Day 2 – Calgary to Banff

After breakfast, today you will board your private sightseeing tour & transfer from Calgary into the Canadian Rockies. Experience the breath-taking Banff Gondola, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, and the Hoodoos.

Yoho National Park, Banff

Day 3 – Banff Sightseeing

Today you will board your private motor coach for a sightseeing tour of Banff & Yoho National Parks, including Spiral Tunnels, Natural Bridge and Takakkaw Falls. Emerald Lake is also a favourite, one of the most magnificent lakes in the Canadian Rockies with awe-inspiring views. Lunch will be included on this tour. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Rogers Pass, Glacier National Park, Kamloops

Day 4 – Rocky Mountaineer: Banff to Kamloops

Depart your hotel early morning for a short transfer to join the GoldLeaf Service® aboard Rocky Mountaineer® for your full two-day rail journey to Vancouver. This route will take you through the remarkable engineering achievement of the Spiral Tunnels and continue through Rogers Pass in the Glacier National Park. Onboard you will experience endless views of snow-capped mountains and stunning glaciers through the domed panoramic roof allowing you incredible photo opportunities. In Kamloops, depart from the train (transfers included) for an overnight stay in a Kamloops GoldLeaf class hotel (allocated on arrival). Day 5 – Rocky Mountaineer: Kamloops to Vancouver

Re-board Rocky Mountaineer® ready for day two of show stopping scenery and superior service. Following the Thompson River, you will pass through Ashcroft, the Rainbow Canyon with its beautiful colourful cliffs. Then, it’s on to the Fraser Canyon and Hells Gate. The last leg of this incredible journey takes you through the lush farming regions of Fraser Valley and on to the Pacific City of Vancouver. Upon arrival in Vancouver, transfers are included to the Pan Pacific Hotel, or similar, for your 2-night stay.

Day 6 – Vancouver Sightseeing

Experience a half-day of sightseeing in Vancouver, including visits to Stanley Park and historic Gastown. Return to your hotel late afternoon to enjoy an evening at leisure, perhaps sampling Vancouver’s fine dining.

Day 7 – Board the ship!

After breakfast at the hotel, and early morning at your leisure to take in any additional sites, you will be escorted to the Canada Place Cruise Terminal where you will board Seven Seas Explorer® to begin your ultra-luxury Alaskan cruise.
