Looking to swap grey UK skies for the warm breeze of the Caribbean in 2025 or 2026? P&O Cruises have revealed their airline partners for the Winter 2025/26 Caribbean fly-cruise season – and there’s plenty to smile about.
For the upcoming season, flights will be operated by TUI Airways, Norse Atlantic Airways, and Virgin Atlantic. These airlines all bring comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury to your journey.
Flight Routes and Options
Here’s how it all breaks down:
TUI Airways will operate Friday and Saturday flights to Barbados from London, Birmingham and Manchester, with selected regional flights also departing from Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, Bournemouth, Glasgow and Newcastle.
Norse Atlantic will offer weekly Friday flights from Manchester to Barbados, plus alternating Saturday departures from London and Manchester to Antigua or Barbados.
Virgin Atlantic will charter a dedicated Airbus A330 every two weeks from London Heathrow, exclusively for guests joining Arvia in Barbados.
What to Expect Onboard
No matter which airline you fly with, you can look forward to a consistent and high-quality in-flight experience. Here’s what’s included on the chartered flights – designed especially for P&O Cruises guests:
Cabin choice:
Economy, Premium Economy, and (on selected flights) Business Class.
Generous luggage allowance:
23kg in Economy, 28kg in Premium Economy, or 2 x 23kg in Virgin Atlantic Upper Class. Plus 10kg of hand luggage and a small carry-on bag.
Meal service:
Enjoy a hot main meal and (depending on your flight time) a lighter second meal. All meals have been developed in partnership with P&O Cruises.
Complimentary drinks:
Expect a drink before your meal, one with your meal, and a bottle of water. Additional drinks are available in some cabin classes.
In-flight entertainment:
Available in all cabins, with amenity kits in Premium Economy and Upper Class.
Bonded baggage service:
Checked luggage is taken straight to your cabin door on arrival in the Caribbean – no baggage carousels or customs queues.
Accessible, Easy & Effortless
All three airline partners provide accessibility assistance – just complete the “Your on-board needs” questionnaire beforehand. If you’re jetting off for a special occasion (like getting married onboard), ask us if you’re entitled to extra luggage allowance.
Why It Matters
This lineup of trusted airline partners replaces previous arrangements (thankfully no return to Maleth Aero!) and represents a commitment to passenger comfort and reliability. With a tailored service at 35,000 feet and your bags bonded straight to your cabin, it’s all about seamless sailing from the moment you check in.
